I recently had the opportunity to stay at a hotel owned by Vincci Usa LLC. The hotel was adequate, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. However, I was unimpressed with the level of customer service. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. I would recommend considering other options before booking with them.
