The staff that answers the phones at JR castings is unprofessional and not knowledgeable in the field. When asked specific questions she was unable to answer them. When I asked to speak to a manager she promptly hung up the phone on me. I would not recommend this company based on their front line personnel. When I called back immediately she would not answer the phone using the caller ID and realizing it was me calling again. It was obvious.
