I have had a mixed experience with Affecto. While some aspects of their service were good, there were definitely some areas that could use improvement. The customer support was excellent and their representatives were always helpful and friendly. However, I found that their website was somewhat difficult to navigate and it took me longer than expected to find the information that I needed. Overall, I would rate my experience with Affecto as average.
