I have been using Kromas Machine & Metal Industry Co. Ltd. for several years now and I must say their services are average. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing exceptional. The prices are reasonable and the delivery is always on time. However, I have encountered a few issues with their customer service. Overall, I would rate them 3 out of 5 stars.
