I have to say, Factory Direct Models is a remarkable company. I recently ordered a model and it arrived in excellent condition. The craftsmanship is superb and the attention to detail is incredible. The model looks so realistic, it's hard to believe it's a replica. Overall, I am very impressed with the quality of their products and the level of customer service.
