I have been using Passport Health Communications for over a year now and I must say, their service is average. While they do offer some great features and options, there have been instances where their system has been slow and unresponsive. I appreciate their effort to constantly improve their platform, but there is definitely room for improvement. The customer support team is helpful, but sometimes it takes a while to get a response. Overall, I would rate my experience with Passport Health Communications as average.
