I do not recommend them at all. My dog had a seizure for the first time a week ago and they couldn't have been less attentive. He had the most violent seizure I have ever seen, and when he barely came back to his senses my husband took him here. When I say this seizure was violent, I'm telling you I thought he was dying that is how violent it was. My husband and dog sat in the parking lot for almost 2 hours, only for him to call again concerned for our dogs safety and they say they dont have a kennel big enough for him and it would be a 3 hour wait to get him in... what?! Firstly, you should have directed us elsewhere as soon as you knew you wouldnt be able to take him in. How do you not have a kennel for a Labrador? Once my husband left I called, and they had told me not worry and that bloodwork wasnt necessary. I couldn't believe that, so I took him to Swansboro where they ran tests and found his white blood cell count high, and other signs of infection present in his body. I couldn't be more appalled with this facility.
