I have been a customer of Northern Territory Broadcasters Pty Ltd for several years now and I have to say, their service is average. The website hot100fm.com.au is easy to navigate and find information on upcoming shows and events. However, I have found that the audio quality of the radio station is not always the best, especially in areas with poor reception. Additionally, the selection of music played on the station can be repetitive at times. Overall, it is a decent broadcasting company, but there is room for improvement.
