The customer service at W mexico city is excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel's restaurant. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend W mexico city.
