It isn't a great company. I had to use it for school and there was multiple difficulties when having to deal with why things were rejected or was still pending after weeks. For example, I uploaded a waiver for a medical section that said do upload a file with the papers provided by the school or a waiver for it and it got rejected. When I called to ask why, I was told it was rejected because I didn't do the medical thing. Obviously I didn't/couldn't so that is why it is a waiver!
The customer service is inconstant. There are some nice helpful people but also some really rude people. One time I asked for them to hold on because I was getting the filed from my account up and they said "okay" and after 1-2 minutes of logging in and finding it, I found out they hung up on me.
