I recently purchased a air filter from supertechfilter.com and I must say I had a fairly average experience. The website was easy to navigate. However, the product itself didn't meet my expectations. 😐 The filter did its job to some extent but it didn't provide the exceptional performance I was hoping for. The delivery was prompt and the packaging was good, so no complaints there. However, the customer service could have been better. They were polite but didn't go the extra mile to assist me with my queries. Overall, supertechfilter.com is an average company with an average product. I might consider trying out other options in the future. 🤷‍♀️
