I am giving Kira Ritchie 5 stars, she was my Service Advisor and she was great! Kira is very professional and very helpful, she explained everything to me and kept me informed as to what was being done to my truck. I am a long time customer of Sun Toyota and from my previous experiences, Kira is one of the best Service Advisors I have ever had to deal with at Sun Toyota, I appreciate the way she made sure everything we discussed was taken care of and done right, so I highly recommend her!
