I recently worked with a marine engineering company for a project, and my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had some useful information, but I found the overall level of customer service to be just okay. The response time was a bit slower than I expected, and I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. The expertise of the team was decent, but I felt that there was room for improvement in terms of attention to detail. The final deliverables met the basic requirements, but I believe there is potential for them to elevate their level of service. Overall, not a bad experience, but could be better.
