I ordered a $6500 rack package through a local dis...

I ordered a $6500 rack package through a local distributor and they quoted three weeks to ship. I waited a month and then had to chase the local distributor around for days to get status from these guys. Bottom line they totally dropped the ball and told me the order would not be shipping for another 4 weeks, even the ladder rack from prime design that was ordered three weeks prior would be two to three more weeks to receive it.

I ended up cancelling the entire order and ordering everything through advantage outfitters. I had everything I ordered in one week and I'm extremely happy with the quality of the Ranger Design equipment.

Don't waste your time with these guys! As a business owner myself if this happened to one of my clients I would do whatever I could to make it right but these guys did nothing what so ever and don't understand simple business ethics.
