I recently used the services of this company to transport some heavy items, and overall, it was just an average experience. The website was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information. The customer service was responsive and professional, but the actual service fell a bit short of my expectations. The transportation took longer than anticipated, and the items arrived with a few scratches. While the pricing was reasonable, the extra wait time and the minor damages made the overall experience average. I appreciate the eco-friendly approach of the company, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of efficiency and care for the items being transported.
