I have never lived in a place where the management truly cares about their tenants as much a Windsor place. Tracy Peterson is the kindest, most caring person. She has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help me. I ve lived here for six years. As a single mother, I ve struggled a lot and Tracy has done everything in her power to help me in any way she could!
