I guess I have been spoiled with by my previous Ram dealer Earnhardt CJDR in Phoenix, AZ. Took my Ram in for service, oil change and recall repair, for the first time since moving to Katy, TX. Service staff was busy but they were attentive to the customers which is good. Also they competed my service promptly also good. Problem was I tried to read service report and it indicated the coolant level was low. OK I got an oil change and multi point inspection, did you guys top off the coolant or not? Both boxes were checked and it was not written or typed as to whether it was done. In my previous experience, the fluids were always topped of as part of the oil change and multi point inspection. Please be clear on this so the owner knows that you did this. I mean it coolant! No one wants a overheated vehicle in August in Houston. Also would hurt to run your customers car through a quick wash when your done? My Ram dealer in Phoenix always did this. Don't know if I'll go back or try Mac Haik CDJR down the road next time
