The ENT specialist was not only an HOUR late for my appointment, but was very unpleasant because I had asked the nurse to call him and remind him. Btw, before accepting to call him, she offered another "solution": I leave and they give me another appointment.

The appointment lasted for about 6 minutes. He showed no interest whatsoever and after an exam I asked for (yes he even managed to do a nasal endoscopy in 6 minutes !) he sent me off as if nothing were wrong with me.

I was then sent to the receptionist's to pay for the exam, but she said that there were no extra charges to pay for. However, I got the bill 6 months later. Not a huge one, mind you, but I was surprised.

Btw, I went to see another ENT specialist who DID find what was wrong with me in a routine exam that lasted for about 20 minutes.

I did give this hospital another shot when I needed to see an endocrinologist... Never again.
