This is NOT run at the level of service that is typical of a Ritz Carlton. Despite two calls
to housekeeping our and our friend s rooms were not cleaned by 430pm. Our safe was broken and required two visits from maintenance. The kids pancakes for breakfast at the Bistro took 30min and our complimentary fruit in our cabana took over two hours to receive. When we pay the amount we did to stay here, we expected good service. It s unfortunately no where near the quality stay that is typical of other RC.
