An entire kitchen with Siemens equipment purchased...

An entire kitchen with Siemens equipment purchased including refrigerator ka92dsb30. This side by side refrigerator has two doors, black with glass plates. After 3 weeks, a bottle top cap ticked against it. Shatter the entire window of the left door. No guarantee with Siemens, costs stated on the phone 450 euros, had to enter a whole new door. When the technician arrived, the door suddenly turned out to be more than 600 euros! The most stupid thing was that the new door that was brought by a separate transport also had a broken glass plate! So good quality, and no guarantee of course. We eventually sent the engineer home because it is unacceptable how this all works. So now we have a designer kitchen full of Siemens equipment with a door to the refrigerator completely shattered, ridiculously just how Siemens handles this.
