The managers of this hotel need to pay close attention to improving the maintenance of the hotel urgently.
The ventilation grilles in the bathrooms are full of dust and dirt.
The heating equipment in our room exuded a burnt smell that was unbearable. We had to turn it off.
There is dust everywhere. The carpets in the hallways and rooms are dirty and stained. The bathrooms are disgusting, you can see that they are cleaned very poorly.
The carpets and floors of the breakfast area are very dirty.
In a few words, MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING IS URGENT!
The staff gives very good service and they are very friendly, but this does not compensate for the bad state in which the hotel is.
I felt a lot of disconfort while I was at the hotel.
