Tplshipping is an average company. They provide decent service, but nothing extraordinary. I have used their services a couple of times and my overall experience has been satisfactory. The rates are reasonable and they deliver the packages on time. However, the customer service could be improved as sometimes it takes a while to get a response. Overall, I would say Tplshipping is an okay choice if you need a shipping company.
