I recently purchased a CPO Q5 from a dealer in Arizona and within the week needed to be in CA for business. I stopped in late on a Saturday because I had questions and minor issues and hoped to catch someone in the service area. Unfortunately that dept was closed but Geoff Rawe, one of the Sales Managers came to my rescue. He was fantastic as he went out of his way to help us. (This was in contrast to 2 different Audi dealers in AZ!) I only wish this was my "home based" dealer...but to my friends and colleagues in SoCA with Audis or considering one...given them a try, I suspect you'll be very pleased.
