I've been with Maximum - Employer Branding for a few months now, and honestly, it has been a mixed experience. While there are many positive aspects, such as the supportive work environment and the emphasis on growth and development, there are some areas that need improvement. The workload can be overwhelming at times, and the salary compensation could be better. However, overall, I believe Maximum has the potential to become an even better company and I am excited to see the positive changes in the future.
