Everything was splendid; from the moment we arrive...

Everything was splendid; from the moment we arrived at the hotel there was a meet and greet party to take us straight to our rooms, to meeting every request, to the on loan car seat, and expeditious check-out. Not a wrinkle.

If one must pick something for improvement: the greeter at the airport bridge could be more helpful and knowledgeable about how to we can get through immigration more efficiently.

Breakfast was marvelous with a wide variety; but the two additional restaurant choices had a much reduced selection, leading to a long queue at the main one.

All in all, 5 star experience and I would recommend your hotel to everyone.
