Our company moved into a Rosenblum property in Dec 2013 from downtown Albany. What a vast improvement. Easy to get to and FREE parking. They assisted us from the planning stage, move-in day and post move. Any issues large or small are dealt with swiftly by their competent staff. Building is new, modern, clean and very well kept. Would definitely recommend any Rosenblum managed property.
