I had a mixed experience with Agape-ngo. While their website was user-friendly and their services seemed promising, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took multiple attempts to get a response to my inquiries, and even when I did receive a response, it felt impersonal and rushed. However, I must acknowledge that once I was able to connect with a representative, they were able to assist me effectively. Overall, my experience was average, but there is certainly room for improvement.
