I have been a customer of Mds insurances for several years now and I can say that their services are average. While they do provide adequate coverage, their customer service leaves much to be desired. The representatives are not always helpful and it can be frustrating to get a timely response. Overall, I would rate Mds insurances as an average insurance company.
