Failed to clean room after skipping us the previou...

Failed to clean room after skipping us the previous day said clean by 7 pm. Failed to honor that promise. No water for 12 hrs back on the next morning but no hot water now for two days. AC in room leaks. Flooded floor turned off AC and it is still leaking, a slip hazard and musty room. Glad I paid for upgraded service.

Someone puked in hot tub. They let people go in before someone complained. Big failure for health and safety

Dinner service at Japanese restaurant subpar never got drinks that was ordered food was below average. Took forever to get dessert we should have walked out. 1st time and last times at a Sandles Resort.

UPDATE
It is amazing I get a review response on Google faster than contact or resolved issues at site. The key here is that NO ONE advised of issues. When inquire get the standard working on it or be fixed in a few minutes from one representative while a few minutes later another says 2 hours or more. Nothing kills credibility faster than miscommunication. Not one person in organization tried to make right and remedy situations with alternative lodging or a place to take a hot shower.
