This company is refusing to refund the $100. Gift card purchased in December, 2019, at the St Petersburg location that has now permanently closed . it was purchased in good faith with full intention to use at the St Petersburg location which is within 10 blks from residence. I do NOT wish to use it in another City's Melting Pot nor do I want to wait for possibly a year or more for a new St Pete location to open as I was told to do by this company!! I was referred to this company by the St. Petersburg mgmt to receive my refund and that is what this company should be willing to do.
