These people do not answer thier phones return calls or return emails. They don t care about business or customer service. I was going to drop my turbos and buy precision but they got bought buy turbonetics a couple years ago. Guess it s time for everyone to go to Garrett. They have had my turbos for over a month on a repair. Last trip of the year is this week. They keep forgetting to ship because they don t care about anyone other than themselves. They are already the big guys so customer service is out the door. Unbelievable. No one should treat customers or clients like this.
