I took advantage of the promotion - second top-up for free (T-Mobile Heyah). They sent e-mails and encouraged them. After the first top-up I even got a confirmation - top up again and we'll double. I topped up for the same price, because I already knew the runway (different amount, the offer is lost), but I still didn't get anything. Rules allegedly on the page, I did not find (well hidden). I was curious where the catch was, so I called the first hotline. I hear Italian (I think) language on the phone. I hung up, I look, it has eaten a zloty from the account. I read on the net that they are actually canceling the zloty per minute of call from their clients. A beautiful relationship.
I can call the second hotline, but I have enough impressions. Before the end of the ads, I will already have 5 zeta in the back, then wait for the conversation another 5, and then they will tell me that I need to provide PUK, otherwise I will not do anything (as if they did not have in the database all information about topping up a specific number) . I already had it. I bought the card 10 years earlier, but I had to remember PUK, otherwise a leper. Even on the website you will not send an inquiry without providing PUK.
