I had an average experience with Passport Travel. The customer service was satisfactory, but the overall organization of the trip could have been better. The itinerary was confusing at times, and we encountered some issues with hotel bookings. However, the tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly, which made up for some of the shortcomings. I would consider using Passport Travel again, but I hope they improve their attention to detail.
