The services provided by Lightmoves are average. I found them to be satisfactory but not outstanding. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to find the information I needed. However, the customer service could have been better. They were not very responsive to my queries and it took a while to get a resolution. Overall, I would say that Lightmoves is an average company.
