A real scam company. The company sold a telephone exchange, which the technicians mis-programmed time and again. Our company was without telephone for a whole week, then over and over again. Hopeless support that doesn't find out the facts. The company ties up its customers for long contract times. When attempts are made to terminate, employees do not hear from themselves. I got to contact the company 6 times for a time of about 1.5 months before I got an answer from someone who just added numbers. This company totally ignores giving its customers good service or if they have products that work.

What you do have nothing to do with this company !!!
