Rude. Very Rude. Went to buy a new tube and tire for my road bike, In addition to buying potentially a new rim, disc brakes, and caliper for my custom bike. Tried to sell me a whole new bike essentially saying mine weren't good enough then preceded to tell me what I could and couldn't do to my own bikes while being condescending and treating me like a two year old the entire time. Really? Fastest way to lose my current order and all future orders is to be rude and to tell me what to do with my own equipment.

Also I should mention everything was drastically overpriced to boot.

Regardless of everything there is no cause to be rude to a customer. Maybe they will treat you like a human being if you spend over 250$ but I doubt it.
