As a CUSTOMER of Macagang hotel & resort, I have to say that their service was average. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but nothing outstanding. The staff was friendly, but not overly helpful. The food at the restaurant was decent, but nothing to write home about. Overall, it was just an average experience.
