I recently went into Raybar Jewelry with a couple rings that I didn't have paperwork for and without a lot of knowledge of diamonds or jewelry. Without hesitation Drew provided me a crash-course on engagement rings, stones, and wholesalers, as well as measurements of my rings and ball-park estimates for what the rings would be worth at both appraisal or consignment value. At no point was his time or information predicated on using him as a jeweler and he informed me of multiple directions I could go in to purchasing an engagement ring. His service was impeccable as was the time he devoted to my questions.
