Not satisfied with the service. There is someone to compare. In late November, he called the office of this company, clarified how and where to send a request to purchase a report. Sent to the official address of the company. For 5 days, no one called back and sent a notification. He called himself - the girl administrator said that my letter came, did not get into spam and was received by someone there in Nielsen. But now is December and everyone is busy with some kind of their work - this justifies why no one bothered to answer me, as a potential client.

Now about the example. On the same day, I sent a request to a competitor - the company Euromonitor. Not to Kiev, but to Vilnius. Within 20 minutes the answer came and within an hour the manager dialed me, agreed and a day later held a remote conference, reviewing the report that interests us. This is how they work in Europe and in Ukraine.
