Never have I ever worked somewhere where thr leadership is so caring and involved. As an R.N. in the field for 10+ years, I've seen whe things work and when they don't. Focused Care is a place that wants to make sure everyone feels as of they are part of the family and that they care we are providing addresses not just the body, but the mind and spirit too. It is never an easy decision when a loved one needs more care than what an unlicensed person can do. It's a powerless and hard decision. I've had this conversations with families and we have had to do it as a family as well. I would always place my loved ones in the care of a Focused Care Community, as I know they would get top notch care from employees who truly care. All that with the support of a leadership team that makes you part of the family and encourages/enables their employees to be the best they can be!
