I have been renting from Universal Property Management for the past year and overall, my experience has been positive. The staff has been courteous and helpful, addressing any concerns I have had. The maintenance team is efficient in resolving any issues with the property. My only suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the communication between tenants and management. Overall, I am satisfied with the service provided by Universal Property Management.
