I have been a customer of Tarrant Regional Water District for many years and I must say that their service has been consistently average. While they do provide the necessary water supply, their customer support and communication leave a lot to be desired. There have been instances where I have had to call multiple times just to get a simple issue resolved. The lack of transparency and accountability is quite disappointing. Overall, I would rate them as average.
