NO INTERNET ACCESS !!!! despite being connected to...

NO INTERNET ACCESS !!!! despite being connected to WiFi due to very poor connection and hundreds of users. Sometimes, after resetting the modem router at the reception desk, the connection appeared for a few minutes. The H&B option does not include WATER with meals, not to mention wine, of course. Both water and wine require additional payment. Access to the hotel on skis is "wild" about 15-20 m and the hotel is not responsible for any damage to the equipment - the access is sometimes worn to the ground.

Rooms very small but clean, cleaned thoroughly every day. In our bathroom, the smell was probably coming from a faulty drain from the shower tray.
Staff generally very friendly, English varies.
