Worst experience over the phone, called in 6 times...

Worst experience over the phone, called in 6 times, got forward to service instead of sales - disconnected 4 times and finally when got connected to sales, its straight up voice mail. I really doubt that there are any actual people in sales.....lost a customer who is ready to make deals just over phone......
