Good evening to all! Despite myself on Wednesday 31 May last I had to resort to the emergency room of the Cardarelli Hospital for my illness. Unlike what I had heard around my experience was completely different! Assumption that luckily I had never had In the past I needed first aid and I arrived at the hospital around 9.00 pm.
I am 49 years old and I have been experiencing severe headaches for 2 days with stomach pain and minor pains in the left arm and leg.I was immediately made to sit on a stretcher with clean sheets and a new stretcher! The coming and going of people, injured and sick is impressive ! After 10 minutes I was taken inside and after about 15 minutes my vital functions were immediately detected: blood test, pressure, electrocardiogram. Therefore, a possible heart attack in progress was ongoing. reassured and prescribed me a powerful pain reliever via drip and as a precaution also a tac to prevent even a possible ischemia.In the meantime I waited for the drip to be over I observed the work of all the nurses on duty !!
Simply exceptional !! An exhausting job in body and mind! An incessant go-and-go of stretchers, blood tests to carry, stretchers to fix! An incredible job, always kind and helpful !! it was 1:30 in the night !! I saw more than 100 people enter and leave the emergency room !! Incomitable work of all the doctors and operators of Cardarelli !!
