Daniel R @Sutherland Mortgage took such good care of us during our refinance. I have never had a process go so smoothly, he answered right away if I sent an email. He took care of everything and all I had to do was make decisions and he would get on it right away. I will never use another loan coordinator when I need help with refinance or purchase. If you are looking for a coordinator to help you and take care of the small or large details, Daniel is the person you need to contact. He is by far the best I have ever worked with. The closing was quick, no dragging it out for weeks and weeks. We closed in about 2 or 3 weeks. Very efficient and knowledgeable.
