Joyce and David are the best! They truly work hard to build relationships with their customers, which is what had me going back to Joyce's for my engagement ring. I thought that I lived too far away from their store, so I looked at other shops (including the blue box shop) and was so disappointed at the selection out there. Every store carried the same inventory, and they all seemed like the big box chains. So I called David and he personally invited me back to his store, he remembered me from years ago and asked how I was doing in school. After giving a full update, we made an appointment and drove over an hour to get to the store where Joyce and David were waiting for us with all of their bridal jewelry laid out. His selection of rings had grown to what seemed like three times what he had before, and he patiently explained the different cuts, clarity, and color of each diamond and got us the perfect ring for under our budget. We even discussed a custom wedding band to go with my ring. I couldn't be happier with our experience and will refer all of my friends and family to Joyce's Jewelry. If you're in Pittsburgh, it's definitely worth the drive. Joyce, David, their son Brandon and all of their store associates provide the best customer service. It's truly a no pressure, relaxing and enjoyable experience. And you'll save thousands on top! We couldn't be happier with our purchase and will be back to choose our bands.
