I have been a customer of this company for a while...

I have been a customer of this company for a while now and I must say that their service is average. The staff is friendly, but sometimes the response time is a bit slow. The materials are of good quality, but there have been a few instances where the delivery was delayed. Overall, it's an okay experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
