I recently tried out Taste the Caribbean and it was a good experience. The food was tasty, but some dishes lacked the authentic Caribbean flavors I was expecting. The service was decent, although a bit slow at times. The restaurant had a nice ambience, but it felt a bit cramped. Overall, it was an average dining experience but I would have liked to see more authentic flavors in the food.
