I recently visited a restaurant on Jefferson called St. Arnold's. The food was decent and the service was alright, but nothing really stood out. The burger I had was good, but I've definitely had better. The atmosphere was nice though, and it was a pleasant place to have a meal. In terms of value for money, I would say it's average.
